Note regarding current email delivery issues

Currently, some email providers, including t-online.de, are experiencing occasional problems delivering our messages. This is due to technical changes to our email systems, which are causing certain providers to temporarily reject or block our sender address.

We are already working closely with the respective providers to ensure that delivery is fully restored as soon as possible.

If you have not received a response from us in the last few days or weeks, even though you have submitted a request, please contact us again using an alternative email address—ideally via services such as Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition period. Our goal is to make email communication 100% reliable again as soon as possible.
