Tasks:

Individual consultation for custom products & helmets
Sales of inventory items in the store
Prepare and accompany measuring appointments
Showroom maintenance and product presentation
Accept online orders and enter them into the system
Customer support on-site, by phone and email
Support at events or trade fairs
General store organization and administration

Requirements:

Friendly demeanor, enthusiasm for motorcycles and design
Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
Good communication skills and team spirit
Basic knowledge of computer and POS systems

Media Designer in Design & Technology (m/f/d)

Type: Part-time / Apprenticeship / Internship

Tasks:

Creation of customer designs and graphic drafts (e.g. leather suits, gloves, boots)
Website and online configurator maintenance
Creation of advertising materials (flyers, banners, product photos)
Participation in brand presence and social media
Design and editing of photo and video content
Hands-on support in production of prototypes / complaints
Collaboration with print shops and external service providers

Requirements:

Motorcycle enthusiasm and interest in design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Creativity and an eye for detail
Basic knowledge of web design and content management systems (e.g. Shopware)

Content Creator / Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Type: Part-time / Internship / Working Student

Tasks:

Planning and creation of social media posts, reels, stories
Management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
Analysis and reporting of social media activities
Creation of editorial content (e.g. blog posts, newsletters)
Collaboration with influencers and partners
Research and trend observation in social media
Plan and implement marketing campaigns
Photo and video shoots

Requirements:

Passion for storytelling and media
Experience with camera / editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci etc.)
Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
Good written and verbal communication skills
