The introduction of our new production and management system has fundamentally changed our internal structure. The aim of this change was to create greater transparency, better traceability, and significantly more stable production planning.
As a result, delivery times for some existing orders may change. Orders that were incorrectly marked as “shipped” or “completed” in the old system were also rechecked during the changeover and, if necessary, reintegrated correctly into ongoing production.
The reason for this lies in several complaints and so-called express production upgrades, which in some cases confused the sequence and allocation of production orders in the old system. In individual cases, this led to incorrect internal numbering, whereby products were considered complete even though they had not actually been finalized.
With the new system, these sources of error are now permanently eliminated. All orders were checked individually and placed in their correct position in the production process, ensuring that a reliable and traceable sequence is guaranteed again in the future.
We understand that these adjustments will cause delays for some customers, and we would like to apologize for this. Our goal is to ensure transparent and fair processing in the long term—with a system that reliably prevents such discrepancies in the future.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition phase.
